Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I start planning my wedding with you?  

If you are going to use me as your Event Planner or Day of Coordinator, it is recommended to contact me as soon as you are engaged.  Planning a wedding can be very stressful, and we can help relieve some of that stress.  If you are only using me for florals, I recommend that you contact me at least 6-8 months in advance to ensure availability.  

How do you ensure the wedding day stays on schedule? 

We create a master timeline and ensure all vendors, bridal party, parents and VIP’s are provided with a copy of it prior to the wedding day. 

We work closely with all vendors to ensure there are no issues and they are aware of the timeline.  

What is your policy on handling emergencies or unexpected issues during the event? 

The Day of Coordinator is the Point of Contact for the Wedding Day.  If any issues arise, they will handle them, unless they feel they need approval from the client.  We strive to ensure our clients have a stress free day and are not bothered with any issues that are out of their control.  

What types of venues do you have experience working with?

We have working relationships with most of the local venues.

 Can you handle the transport and accommodation arrangements for out of town guests? 

Yes.  We have a local vendor that we use.  If it’s out of town, we can attempt to find someone local for you.
